What makes Phoenix Dance Company stand out?
At Phoenix Dance Company, only the most qualified, passionate and experienced dance instructors work together to give you the highest quality of dance training.
With experience comes the knowledge needed to easily correct errors before they become habit, and to recognize and bring out the strengths of each individual student. This results in a student reaching his or her full potential as a dancer.
At Phoenix Dance school, we teach a Ballroom and Latin American dance syllabus that combines the best elements of the Standard Ballroom and International Latin as well as the Smooth Ballroom and Rhythm Latin styles. This creates a solid but flexible foundation on which to build your dancing repertoire.
Ballroom and Latin American Dancing is an exciting and highly addictive sport that is becoming increasingly popular in South Africa. The benefits of dancing also reach far beyond mere physical activity, enhancing cognitive development and improving mental health and self-esteem. It is an incredible way to meet people and make new friends. Most importantly, it is great fun! The freedom of expression afforded by dancing dramatically improves all aspects of life. We believe in the power of dance to transform lives!
